The Projects Section represents leading international contractors, process and technology licence holders, as well as manufacturers and business entities.

This sector has played a pioneering role in the participation of international companies in developmental projects, particularly in the inception stages of Qatar’s industrial and service infrastructure projects

CASE HISTORIES

More recently, the division helped its Principals in successfully bidding the following projects:

1. Supply of Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings for the Ras Laffan “B” Water Pipeline Project from Ras Laffan to Mesaieed. This project involves about four thousand tons of Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings making it the largest water pipeline project in Qatar. The client is CCIC, while the end user is Kahra-Maa.

2. EPIC Contract for 145 KMs long Ethane Transmission Pipeline from Ras Laffan to Mesaieed. The client is Qatar Petroleum.

3. Supply of Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings for the Upgrading/Replacement works for Mesaieed Distillates Mains & Reservoir Station. The client is HBK Contracting, while the end user is Kahra-Maa.
